This is where youth from all walks of life gather for fellowship and fire chats that enhance social and communication skills in Christ while having fun and discovering who they are in life.

Apostle Sandra Taybron, founded the youth organization called THE F.I.R.M (Fellowship In Righteous Motivation) this Ministry was birthed in 1996. It was after my daughter became a victim of a violent crime. My daughter survived while many others have a different story to tell. We are truly grateful that God spared her life. I felt a strong responsibility to do something positive to impact the lives of the youth after that horrific experience. I was then able to hear the desperate cry of the youth and their parents. I was compelled to do something positive to perhaps prevent this from happening to anyone else’s child. I work with .youth of diverse races and backgrounds.

THE FIRM provides a positive atmosphere and outlet teaching them tools and social skills to become successful contributors in life. It is our desire and vision to reach youth in the surrounding communities, counties, and Nationwide. There have been great testimonies of ex-drug dealers, ex-gang members, and even school dropouts that returned to school and got their diplomas and degrees. They were able to get into a positive mindset and change their lifestyle and give back to their community. The youth were given the opportunity to express themselves with their gifts and talents through music, dance, singing, acting, and outreach encouraging one another. The youth are encouraged to use their talents instead of violence which is often triggered by poverty and boredom. Our mission is to save our youth by any means necessary. We want you to be a part of this great mission to advance our youth.
